Chloride-Free NPK-SOP Fertilizer

Complefert® is a range of complete NPK fertilizers in which the Potassium comes from Potassium Sulphate (SOP) rather than Potassium Chloride (MOP). This makes the whole range safe to use on chloride-sensitive crops, where even a small amount of chloride can reduce yield or fruit quality.

Every granule carries the same ratio of nutrients — Nitrogen, Phosphorus, Potassium, Sulphur, Magnesium and trace elements — so each grain that lands in the field delivers the identical composition. This is the key advantage over physically mixed (bulk-blend) fertilizers, where the different components can segregate during transport or spreading and lead to uneven feeding.

Sulphur (S) and Chloride-free Nutrition

Sulphur is a building block of several amino acids and is essential for protein and oil synthesis, while also improving how efficiently a plant uses Nitrogen and micronutrients. The whole Complefert® range carries a high Sulphur content (18–33% SO3), making it especially suited to oil crops, tobacco and perennial crops with elevated Sulphur requirements.

Crops such as grapevine, potato, tomato, tobacco and kiwi are particularly sensitive to excess Chloride — with effects such as reduced sugar content in grapes, lower starch content in potatoes, or poorer burn quality in tobacco leaf. Thanks to its SOP formulation, Complefert® delivers complete NPK nutrition without this risk.
